About The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service, the Electrical Service Manager is responsible for leading a team of Service Electricians while also supporting technical work as needed. This role oversees day-to-day operations, team performance, scheduling, and customer relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. You will support the development of the team's technical capabilities, coordinate work assignments, and maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily field activities, including service calls and small project work;
  • Provide ongoing support and direction to electricians in the field, including troubleshooting and job planning;
