OverviewElectrical Service Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential electricians and apprentices.
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of the Electrical Department.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall departmental success.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, service standards, and goals.
- Partner with leadership to expand electrical services throughout our service areas.
- Support technicians with estimating, pricing, and customer solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and timely resolution of concerns.
- Maintain compliance with all electrical codes, permitting requirements, and safety standards.
- Develop processes and best practices that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Collaborate with Plumbing, HVAC, and Operations teams to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience required.
- Management, superintendent, or leadership experience within residential electrical services preferred.
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of residential service operations, performance metrics, and profitability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive both service excellence and business growth.
- Strong technology and software proficiency.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Pay Transparency
The starting compensation for this opportunity begins at $110,000+ annually, with substantial earning potential for proven leaders who successfully grow and develop a high-performing electrical department.
Actual compensation will be based on experience, leadership background, transferable skills, market conditions, and business needs. Additional earnings opportunities may include performance-based incentives and bonus programs.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time.
