Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead
commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a proven leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and field operations while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You'll collaborate with general contractors, field superintendents, estimators, and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities • Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division) - Oversee all phases of commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction to close-out
- Manage budgets, schedules, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and field leadership to resolve design or installation issues
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate project documentation
- Drive accountability, communication, and high performance across teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Qualifications • Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division) - Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and commercial construction processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Florida Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits • Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division) - Salary: $100,000 • $135,000 (based on experience)
