Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in construction quality assurance and control, preferably in advanced technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and specialized quality specifications for advanced technology and data centers.
• Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools such as ACC Build, Procore, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative planning sessions to develop project-specific quality plans and checklists.
• Manage inspections, energization, and commissioning activities, documenting results and tracking progress.
• Maintain comprehensive records of QA/QC activities and generate informative reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and address potential quality issues proactively and lead root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Guide project teams and subcontractors in understanding quality standards and procedures.
• Seek knowledge opportunities to enhance QA/QC processes and drive continuous improvement.
