Based in Vancouver, this opportunity within our Buildings team empowers you to lead electrical engineering projects while driving delivery excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Your Impact
  • Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved
  • Manage project scope, resources, and client expectations while proactively identifying risks and opportunities
  • Oversee design development for power distribution, lighting, life safety systems, and building systems integration
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-performing building solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to repeat business and project growth
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team development through knowledge sharing and technical guidance
  • Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and sustainability objectives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes and technical excellence

  • Proven experience managing or supporting project delivery, including schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in British Columbia (or eligibility)
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and standards applicable to buildings
  • Experience with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and power system analysis software

Compensation

  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $98,800 - $130,800
  • MB & ON: $90,100 - $124,100
  • NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $89,200 - $118,500
