Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. This role oversees planning, staffing, materials, equipment, scheduling, customer communication, and overall project execution while maximizing productivity and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & Compliance- Maintain a safe work environment on all projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, permits, and applicable codes.
- Monitor job sites to ensure safe work practices and proper housekeeping.
Project Planning & Execution- Develop and manage project execution plans.
- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or cost.
- Conduct regular job site visits and project reviews.
Communication & Coordination- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Lead project turnover and planning meetings.
- Communicate project status, risks, delays, and solutions to management.
- Resolve questions regarding plans, specifications, and project requirements.
Budget & Cost Control- Monitor labor productivity, project costs, and profitability.
- Manage change orders from identification through approval and billing.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Support accurate project billing and financial reporting.
Team Leadership- Support hiring, training, development, and performance management of project personnel.
- Provide guidance and support to Project Superintendents and field staff.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance- Ensure all work meets contract requirements and company quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and address quality concerns promptly.
- Coordinate warranty work and project closeout activities.

- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
