Electrical Project Manager (High-End Resi & Light Commercial)Department: Project Management

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 / year

You Have:- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment, and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). Understanding of NEC, resi and commercial electrical construction and project designs. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Location:- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

Schedule:- Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week
- Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
Your Manager:Your Contribution to Regent5:- Primary Point of Contacts: Home Owners, GC, In-House Staff, Architect, Rep, Other Trades
- Scope of Work: Understand, prepare estimates, assist and deliver bid packages, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline: Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating, Arrange Resources
- Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team (electrical, energy, automation)
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Implement: high/medium-voltage power distribution & electrical deployments.
- Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness
- Leadership: Be the leader and support the team in the field
Requirements:- Solid understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Residential and commercial single-phase & three-phase (200A - 2000A)
- Core understanding of battery backup systems and photovoltaic systems
- Designing and working with system voltages ranging from 120V to 480V
- Proficient in ProCore, Primavera, HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam
