Position Title: Electrical Project Manager

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 DOE (up to $130,000 DOE) plus performance bonus.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical construction projects from estimating through completion. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines project management, estimating, field coordination, and client communication while managing multiple commercial projects throughout Connecticut. You'll work directly with company leadership in a collaborative, family-oriented environment where your contributions are recognized and rewarded. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned commercial electrical professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships with general contractors, and is ready to take ownership of projects while helping drive the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple commercial electrical construction projects from estimating through closeout
  • Prepare accurate project estimates and competitive bids
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead and support field crews across multiple active job sites
  • Visit project sites throughout Connecticut to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Manage change orders, project documentation, and client communications
  • Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Deliver materials to job sites using a company-provided truck as needed
  • Review project documentation, emails, and daily project activities
  • Assist with business development by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and project management software to manage project documentation

Requirements:
  • 5-8+ years of commercial electrical field experience with electrical contracting and wiring
  • 2+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects
  • Active Connecticut Electrical License
  • Strong estimating and project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including Excel formulas
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Connecticut
  • Experience with Conest software is preferred (training available)
  • AutoCAD experience is a plus
