Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 5+ years of automotive product development experience
• Experience with vehicle launch programs and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, specifically GPDS or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with engineering tools like BOM and change management systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of engineering change management and release processes

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of electrical engineering changes from initiation to approval
• Track engineering deliverables through product development milestones
• Monitor design maturity, test status, and supplier readiness to mitigate delays
• Manage feature-to-part alignment with marketing and program targets
• Drive timely release of electrical components like ECUs and wiring harnesses
• Ensure completion of engineering alerts and part release statuses before release freezes
• Facilitate coordination between module owners and system engineering teams
