Full Job Description
Basic Responsibility of the Electrical Process Engineer:

1. Create, update, and complete the electrical production BOM.

2. Create, update the SOP and training materials.

3. Create and evaluate electrical processing standards.

4. Design and improve the electrical fixture, gauge, sample plate.

5. Research and apply new processes, new technologies and new materials to reduce cost.

6. Research the process improvement and cost reduction for high & low voltage devices, then apply to the production.

7. Analyze, research and modify the high & low voltage device installation process, then apply to the production.

8. Analyze the capability, takt time, operation, process capability of electrical stations. Control and adjust the takt time.

9. Confirm the critical, special process of production process. Design the process flow of electrical production process.

10. Provide technical support and feedback for problems on the floor.

11. Evaluate cycle time.

12. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements;

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent or related discipline

- Proficient in office suite, CAD, UG, CATIA

- Good communication skills and group work skill

- 2 year or more experience in bus electrical

- Capable of working under pressure
