The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $116,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Schedule routine, preventive and predictive electrical activities to ensure the maximum availability and longevity of assets.
- Provide technical planning and scheduling support for electrical activities.
- Develop, prepare and distribute electrical management reports.
- Provide data and information for budget preparation, tracking, and analysis.
- Perform trend and cost analysis for venders and electrical projects.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with all Federal, State and Local safety and environmental requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a journeymen electrician.
- Understanding of standard software applications.
- Understanding manufacturing technologies.
- Strong mechanical/electrical skills.
- Strong communication, math, organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- RS Logics 5,500 and 5000 ladder logic.
- Allen Bradley PLC hardware components and set up including PLC 5, SLC 500, Compact Logics, and Control Logics platforms.
Preferred Education and Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Technology, or Electronics.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors- Able to move freely throughout the Agribusiness facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150').
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db - hearing protection required) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).
- Required to travel to remote Agribusiness facilities.
- Able to use standard office equipment.
