Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Lead electrical engineering for R&D: power distribution from behind-the-meter generation through the rack, designed as one system.
  • Own the electrical reference designs: one-lines, studies, and equipment standards released and defended.
  • Set the technical bar: coordination and arc-flash studies checked, vendor packages reviewed for real.
  • Grow the team while carrying the novel problems: new topologies, new voltages, new equipment.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've led electrical design for data centers, generation, or heavy industrial power.
  • You've released MV and LV distribution designs that got built and energized.
  • You review studies personally: coordination, short circuit, and arc flash.
  • You've qualified major electrical equipment with vendors.
  • You make system-level topology calls and own them.
  • Bonus: PE license. BTM and microgrid topologies. ETAP or SKM. Modular electrical rooms.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
