Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple electrical projects on-site.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff in electrical work and practices.
  • Ensure safety and compliance measures are followed on-site.
  • Assist in the planning and material ordering process for projects.
  • Provide hands-on support in electrical tasks as necessary.
  • Communicate project updates and needs to upper management.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate project execution.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a single industrial site.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material.
  • Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.


Hourly: $41.34 to $47.11 overtime opportunites available (Based on experience)
