Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a single industrial site.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material.
- Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
Hourly Rate: $41.34 to $47.11 overtime opportunites available (Based on experience)
