  • Identify scope gaps, pricing exposure, and schedule risks
  • Recommend value engineering opportunities where appropriate

Senior Electrical Estimator Opportunity

This is a confidential direct-hire opportunity with long-term leadership growth potential.

Position Overview

The Senior Electrical Estimator will oversee estimating efforts for large-scale commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects while providing leadership and quality control for the estimating department. This individual will play a key role in improving estimating processes, managing risk, and ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead and oversee the estimating team
  • Review estimates and proposals prior to submission
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback to estimators
  • Improve estimating processes, consistency, and efficiency
  • Partner with executive leadership on bid strategy and forecasting

Electrical Estimating
  • Prepare and lead estimates for major commercial electrical projects
