We have an immediate need for a Electrical Engineer located in Rochester, NY.

Summary of Duties: Lead electrical design projects for commercial and municipal clients including facilities assessments and with a focus on Higher Education and office/municipal building.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineer in designing, analyzing, and developing electrical systems for commercial, residential and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to create electrical plans, specifications and calculations.
• Producing contract drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Conduct field visits to record existing conditions, assess project progress, and ensure compliance with design solutions.
• Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations to design solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering power design.

Key Qualifications (Skills, Education, Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• 5-10 years of experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes
• Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft products, and electrical design tools.
• Capability to work on multiple projects.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of electrical engineering
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to mentor junior level electrical engineers.

• Compensation:  Minimum: Min: $100,000 yr. - Max: $125,000 yr. depending on experience
