Electrical Engineer to join our team in San Jose, CA. This role focuses on the design, development, and validation of electronic components within advanced heating and cooling management systems. The Electrical Engineer will work on a variety of products including electric oil pumps, PCBA designs, electronic coolant valve actuators, pressure transducers, and pressure sensors.
Job Responsibilities: - Work on electronic components including Electric Oil Pumps, PCBAs, Electrical Expansion Valves, 3-way and 8-way Electronic Coolant Valve Actuators, and Pressure Sensors/Transducers within heating and cooling management systems.
- Use Sanhua tools to verify and monitor specifications such as airflow and superheat measurements.
- Collaborate with the China design team on PCB design for thermal management control units, including controllers, fan drives, EU drives, and defrost boards.
- Utilize MATLAB and Altium to support PCB validation and evaluate functionality and performance.
- Develop Python-based automation to improve efficiency in scanning and packaging processes on electronic component production lines.
- Assist customers in understanding product designs using CATIA and Fusion 360.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in integrated circuits and systems design.
Salary:$131,019.00 per year
