  • Investigate operational anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and assess impacts across IBS-ES, CIB, and related enterprise services.
  • Review incident and trouble tickets to identify trends, misclassified issues, and potential impacts to operational broadcasting and communications services.
  • Represent IBS-ES in stakeholder forums, provide technical recommendations, develop white papers, and communicate operational impacts of planned system changes.
  • Track and report engineering activities, issue resolution efforts, and system performance metrics to government and operational stakeholders.
  • Provide cross-site operational support for systems and services across multiple locations, ensuring continuous availability and mission readiness.
  • Coordinate change management activities, vulnerability scans, patch management, and system maintenance while minimizing operational impacts.
  • Support software development, system modernization, and RF suite optimization initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and mission support.
  • Develop and enhance automation tools and analytical processes to improve log analysis, reduce manual workload, and increase accuracy of system health and uptime reporting.
