Raytheon’s Hardware Electrical Engineering team is responsible for Design, Validation, Qualification and production of digital Radar systems. Our systems are subject to environments ranging from the frigid, sub-zero vacuum of space to the blistering heat of the desert floor, to the high pressures of the ocean depths.

What You Will Do
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, simulation, test, integration or troubleshooting of digital Radar processing systems.
Collaborate with other Engineering disciplines, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with requirements.
Qualified candidates will research and select servers, workstations, add-in interface cards, storage devices, networking and other COTS hardware
Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years of electrical engineering experience
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience developing and implementing computing, networking, and information technology infrastructure through a rigorous design and documentation process
Experience with system level hardware integration and troubleshooting skills
Technical writing and formal presentation experience
Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense product development lifecycle
This position can be for the Tewksbury, MA location or the Marlborough, MA location.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate27s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
