Full Job Description
Electrical Engineer Haigh-Farr is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design high-performance hardware. You will build and test systems using SerDes, I2C, SPI, UART, DC-DC converters, FPGAs, embedded microprocessors, and high-voltage switching. Requirements Responsibilities: • Design state of the art mixed signal electronic systems in our Advanced Products Group. • Conduct testing to ensure performance & reliability. • Analyze and solve problems as they arise. Knowledge & Skills: • Communication Protocols: 10G+ SerDes, I2C, SPI, UART. • Power & Switching: high power DC-DC converters, high-voltage high-speed switch design fundamentals. • Processing: FPGA and embedded microprocessor circuit design • Engineering: Schematic design, capture and hardware verification.
