About the Role

This hands-on Electrical Engineer role sits at the core of a small, fast-moving robotics hardware team building ground robots designed for the most demanding environments - hazmat, emergency response, industrial inspection, and defense. You'll own the electrical backbone of these systems end-to-end, working closely with mechanical and software engineers to deliver field-ready, high-reliability platforms.
What You'll Do
  • Design analog and digital circuits including power regulation, signal conditioning, and sensor interfaces.
  • Own the full PCB development lifecycle: schematic capture, layout, and bring-up.
  • Define and maintain wiring diagrams, harnessing, grounding, and EMI/EMC strategies for robotic systems.
  • Design and fabricate cable harnesses and enclosures engineered for field reliability.
  • Support sensor selection and integration across thermal, gas, visual, RF, and related modalities.
  • Run SPICE simulations for analog validation, noise analysis, and circuit stability.
  • Execute and interpret tests for thermal load, EMI, and ruggedness.
  • Troubleshoot and debug system-level electrical issues across hardware, software, and mechanical boundaries.
  • Contribute to design reviews, documentation, and internal electrical standards.
  • Engage directly with end users as needed to inform engineering direction.
What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
