Job Requirements What You Will Do:- Design electrical control systems of test cells and stands for power generation, transmission, and distribution products (The test equipment is utilized for production, R&D, and qualification testing of cutting-edge military and commercial aerospace products including fuel pumps, air turbine starters and blowers, engine and air frame gearboxes, and lube and scavenge pumps.)
- Documents drawings, schematics, diagrams, and specifications of test equipment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams from engineering, quality, and operations to design and implement engineering and qualifications tests.
- Lead and participate in design of test equipment for military gearboxes (multiple output pads @ high torque) and pumps (high HP, pressure, & flow).
- Electrical design of control panels and power distribution for test equipment and test systems.
- Program, integrate, validate, and update test equipment data acquisition hardware and application software.
- Document schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications to construct test stands and equipment.
- Work independently and as part of a cross-functional engineering team ensuring work is completed on-time, within quality standards, per specifications and contracts, and within budget constraints.
What You Will Bring:- BS in Electrical Engineering with 3-6 years of experience in Electrical Design
- Experience with 24VDC and 120VAC control equipment Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motors, VFDs, load control centers, and signal conditioning
- Intermediate level experience in AutoCAD Electrical
- Panel Layout and component selection experience
- LabVIEW CLD with RT and FPGA experience
- Experience programming NI LabVIEW for Windows, RT, and FPGA
- Experience with hydraulics: valves, transducers, flow meters, pumps, etc.
- Automation experience
- Experience estimating budgets and schedules to design & document test equipment
- Aerospace industry experience
Pay Range: $90,000 to $95,000 per year

Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
