SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising electrical crews on a variety of commercial, residential, and institutional construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
What you will be doing:- Lead and supervise electrical crews, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations (e.g., Canadian Electrical Code, WorkSafeBC), and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to understand project requirements.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Order and manage materials and equipment.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including daily reports, time sheets, and material requisitions.
- Investigate and address safety concerns promptly, ensuring a safe work environment for all crew members.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems as they arise.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.

What we need from you:- Red Seal Electrician Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia
- Proven experience in leading and supervising electrical crews on a variety of projects, including:
- Commercial: Office buildings, retail stores, restaurants, hotels
- Residential: New construction, renovations, custom homes
- Institutional: Schools, hospitals, government buildings
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
