Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in EHS program management, project management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management, including management of EHS compliance for data centers or other industrial facilities.
  • Experience in health, safety, and environmental protection practices and procedures as they apply to common construction processes.
  • Experience with environmental regulations, safety and health protection.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in EHS program management, project management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
  • Track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and optimize program efficiency.


About the job

As an EHS Operations Program Manager, you will drive continuous improvement across Google's EHS operations. You will independently manage the full lifecycle of programs, proactively identifying, organizing, and leading activities that drive business, operational, and technical EHS improvements. This includes addressing complex, cross-functional challenges, utilizing program management methodologies to effectively monitor and manage programs and stakeholders.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits
