Your Role:

The EHS Manager leads the development and execution of environmental, health, and safety programs at the manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of proactive safety performance. The role plays an active role in the Autonomous Teams, oversees risk assessments, implements mitigation strategies, manages and develops a team of EHS engineers, focusing on continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

This role will also support the Sinking Spring, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership on EHS matters; ensure understanding and adherence across the organization.
    • Oversee EHS engineers in risk assessments and mitigation strategies for occupational, machinery, and process safety.
    • Develop and mentor the EHS team; manage training and development plans.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce environmental impact; promote sustainability practices.
    • Maintain EHS Management System: policy development, hazard identification, compliance, documentation control, performance monitoring.
    • Prepare compliance reports and communications for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
    • Track proactive reporting (near misses, root causes) to drive preventive strategies across the supply chain.
    • Lead crisis/incident response planning with real-time monitoring and predictive analytics.
    • Integrate local and global regulatory requirements with sustainability goals and circular economy practices.
    • Promote safety and sustainability governance; model safe operations.
    • Coordinate cross-functional improvements in safety, quality, and sustainability.


Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading EHS programs at a manufacturing or distribution site.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience supervising EHS staff and developing talent.
    • Strong knowledge of occupational, machinery, and process safety risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability to ensure local and global regulatory compliance; track record of regulatory reporting.
    • Proficiency in data analytics, real-time monitoring, and predictive analytics to drive safety decisions.
    • Experience coordinating across functions and reporting to site leadership and regulatory bodies.
    • Willingness to travel to Sinking Spring, PA at least one day a week


Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in EHS, Environmental Engineering, Safety Science, or related field; MBA acceptable with focus on operations.
    • Professional certification required or pending: CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist).
    • Advanced certifications: CSR, CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) or PE (Professional Engineer) license.
    • Experience implementing automation, robotics, and digitally enabled safety solutions; pilot testing new safety technologies.
    • Strong focus on sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste reduction, circular economy) and supplier/partner engagement.
    • Crisis response planning and incident management experience; strong communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of process safety management (PSM) elements and global regulations.


Pay Range for this position: $124,700 - $199,800.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
