The Job:
As a EHS Data Systems Analyst, you’ll be part of our EH&S COE - Management Systems team working as a Hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- 5+ years of experience in EHS data management systems (Cority preferred) within a global, diversified industrial environment, with strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage enterprise-wide initiatives, and drive execution across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Experience implementing software platforms and leading change management processes across a global organization, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels including Sr. Executive Leadership.
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools; able to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for diverse audiences.
- Strategic mindset and global vision — a self-starter and change agent who builds strong cross-functional relationships, leads with influence, and communicates effectively across all organizational levels.
- Remote role reporting to the Director, EHS Management Systems, with flexibility for emergency response and up to 20% travel.

- Co-lead the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Cority EHS system, including vendor oversight, change management, and Help Desk support ticket resolution.
- Support data governance through data mapping, master data setup, quality reviews, and process standardization to ensure data integrity and system reliability across sites.
- Execute system testing and documentation, including SIT, UAT, business requirements, SOPs, test scripts, and user guidance to support new releases and enhancements.
- Leverage analytics and AI to monitor KPI performance, identify compliance risks, and drive continuous improvement across SBD globally.
- Design and deliver training programs to drive system adoption, ensuring EHS policies and program expectations are clearly understood and consistently implemented at all levels.
- Serve as a key integration point across cross-functional teams and sites, building stakeholder relationships, aligning activities with corporate EHS strategy, and leading additional EHS projects as needed.

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
