Responsibilities

  • Conduct project review animations to assess progress
  • Analyze customer claims to drive quality improvements
  • Perform deep technical analysis based on data
  • Develop efficient and cost-effective technical solutions
  • Ensure robust action plans are executed without deviations
  • Collaborate with TOP HAT Quality Manager on quality status and deliverables
  • Enhance Q Processes including DFMEA, APQP, and PPAP
  • Facilitate lessons-learned activities to prevent recurrence of issues
  • Establish definitions for lessons learned and best practices
  • Promote and standardize documentation practices across teams

Full Job Description
Main Mission:
  • Deliver and consolidate EE Quality, contributing strongly to Quality issue resolution and robust Vehicle launches
  • Improve Quality Standard, Quality Design Process and grant expected application


Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Project review animations
  • Analyze "customer claim"
  • Technical detail deep dive, with approach based on facts and figures, stimulating the rigorous problem solving approach
  • Drive the most effective and efficient technical solution, with the most optimized cost repair cycle
  • Guarantee a robust action plan, without deviations
  • Be always align with TOP HAT Quality Manager (Quality status, Issue tracking, Deliverables achievement)
  • Improve and assess the following Q Processes: DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Risk Management
  • Drive proactively lessons-learned activities.
  • Grant Lesson Learned and Best Practice definition and improvement, ensure application in current and future programs
  • Promote the adoption of best practices, standard templates and harmonized documentation approaches.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of engineering experience
  • EE technical automotive background with knowledge of EE vehicle architecture, EE System/ Subsystem, EE Component requirements.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to work using different STLA tools: PLM, Quantic, Lesson Learned, Bulletin, Team Center, Enovia
  • Team working skill, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Project management skills
  • Problem Solving and Issue Management skill
  • Accountability, proactivity, autonomy, target orientation, problem solving
  • Good communication / presentation skills (written and spoken)
  • English language (written and spoken)
