What this job involves - The HSSE Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and
managing environmental health and safety programs. The goal of this role is to ensure that the
company complies with all relevant regulations and that its employees and the environment are
protected from hazardous conditions.The HSSE Specialist will be a cornerstone of our
commitment "Working Safely as One JLL". This role will be an educator and an innovator,
driving a "Safety First" culture across the account.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement environmental health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct comprehensive site audits and inspections, focusing on high-risk areas
- including Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, and Confined Space.
- Provide training on environmental health and safety topics to employees
- Lead investigations for any near-misses or accidents, identifying root causes and
- implementing robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain and analyze HSSE metrics, providing actionable insights to account leadership
- to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with management to identify and mitigate environmental health and safety risks
- Ensure the account stays 100% compliant with all environmental health and safety
- regulations and JLL Global Standards.
- Act as a champion for JLL's Global Safety Week and year-round safety initiatives,
- fostering high engagement through creative training and communication.
Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in environmental science, occupational safety and health, or a related
- field, or experience commensurate with the role.
- Certification preferred: CHST, ASP, CSP, CIH
- 3-5 years of experience in environmental health and safety. Preferably within Facilities
- Management or similar field industry.
- Strong understanding of environmental health and safety regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and HSSE management software.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of
- the organization.

Estimated compensation for this position:87,100.00 - 114,400.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
