Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in safety management, preferably in chemical manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state regulations
• Experience leading root cause analyses and working with regulatory agencies
• Strong coaching and influencing skills across all organization levels
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Chemical Engineering, or related field (CIH, CSP, or CHP certification preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage permits and ensure regulatory reporting
• Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective action plans
