  • Staff Development: Oversee the MCAS process by helping guide teachers to complete portfolios and prepare for on-demand testing. Actively participate in the interview process for teachers and paraprofessionals to drive staff growth.
  • Collaboration: Join forces with educational and clinical experts to drive innovation in designing individualized curriculum and implementing robust behavior support plans.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Guide staff to help monitor students' progress through data collection and analysis of IEPs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize outcomes. Your avid analysis will drive our success.
