Your Role on Our Team:

As a EDI Senior Analyst, you will drive business insights and act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams by providing advanced analytical support, strategic insights, and process optimization to the sales team. This role plays a critical part in enhancing sales performance and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. In this role, you will also proactively identify and communicate business insights, revenue opportunities and solutions.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Find and effectively communicate clear business insights from complex data sets.


  • Utilize advanced analytical and statistical techniques to organize and interpret complex datasets and provide pro-active opportunities for revenue optimization and sales process improvement.


  • Develop comprehensive, persona-based sales tools, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to all Sales Team Members.


  • Implement operating rhythms to conduct comprehensive analysis to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and sales process improvement.


  • Provide strategic guidance based on market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.


  • Drive decision-making through strategic recommendations and data-driven insights.


  • Provide training, mentorship, and thought leadership to Sales Operations team members.


  • Take a lead role in the preparation and execution of annual planning, audits and projects.


  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, execute and deliver sales strategies, initiatives, and projects.


  • Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports as required.


The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, or another business-related field.


  • At least 5+ years of experience in business analysis or business analytics.


  • Exceptional proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and data visualization tools.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).


  • Superior communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.


  • Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.


  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


  • Thorough understanding of sales methodologies and industry best practices.
