The WorkWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Leader, Artificial Intelligence to define and drive our AI strategy within our mid-market SAP business group. This is a foundational role for a leader who can operate at the intersection of enterprise technology, go-to-market strategy, and client-facing consulting - building a differentiated AI practice purpose-built for the mid-market SAP segment.
You will be responsible for developing our core AI offerings, shaping our messaging and positioning, and working in close collaboration with broader Accenture capabilities to adapt enterprise-grade tools and frameworks for the unique needs of mid-market clients. This role is both a builder and a thought leader: you will set the vision, create the assets, and help our teams win and deliver.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPractice & Offering Development- Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients, including use-case accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions that balance sophistication with speed-to-value
- Translate Accenture's broader AI assets, methodologies, and alliances into right-sized offerings appropriate for mid-market scale, budget, and organizational maturity
- Establish and continuously refine the practice's delivery model, including talent requirements, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks
- Develop reusable assets - solution blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks - that enable the broader team to sell and deliver consistently
Go-to-Market & Messaging- Craft compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging for our AI capabilities in the mid-market SAP space, clearly articulating value in business terms
- Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes into client conversations, proposals, and pursuit strategies
- Develop thought leadership content - points of view, case studies, client presentations - that establishes our group as a credible AI partner for mid-market enterprises
- Represent the practice externally at client briefings, industry events, and SAP ecosystem forums
Accenture Collaboration & Enablement- Serve as the primary liaison between our mid-market business group and Accenture's broader AI, data, and technology practices, ensuring we leverage enterprise investments without over-engineering for our segment
- Work with Accenture Centers of Excellence, alliance teams (including SAP BTP and AI integrations), and technology partners to access and adapt relevant capabilities
- Advocate internally for mid-market-specific investments, tooling adaptations, and resource commitments within the broader Accenture ecosystem
Leadership & Community Building- Build and mentor a growing community of AI practitioners within the business group, fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and applied innovation
- Define capability development pathways and work with talent leaders to recruit, upskill, and retain AI talent relevant to our client base
- Track emerging AI technologies, SAP AI roadmap developments, and competitor positioning to ensure the practice remains current and competitive

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent), and an understanding of how AI intersects with core ERP processes (finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a matrixed, large-enterprise organization and navigating shared services, CoEs, and alliance relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
