  • Own the analytics and conversion funnel for the eCommerce platform - measure and improve customer acquisition, add-to-cart, checkout completion, order value, and repeat purchase behavior. Define and report on the KPIs that drive business impact.
  • Own chargeback monitoring, review, and remediation - coordinate with Customer Service and Treasury on dispute representment, monitor and tune fraud prevention rules (Kount), and drive continuous improvement to minimize losses.
  • Manage the product roadmap and backlog for the eCommerce platform - prioritize enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate with business unit stakeholders (Motorsports, Marine, Watercraft, Golf Car, Yamaha-Motor.com corporate) to align platform capabilities with BU-specific commerce needs, including cross-sell activation, excess inventory liquidation, and promotional programs.
  • Partner with Marketing and Personalization teams on activation and personalization strategy across the eCommerce channel - including audience segmentation, email campaign integration, and identity-driven experiences.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and budget cycles for the eCommerce channel, including forecasting, capacity planning, and headcount justification.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the digital transformation of YMUS commerce operations.

Decision Making:
  • Autonomy over day-to-day product decisions on the eCommerce platform, including roadmap prioritization, feature scope, promotional configuration, and fraud rule tuning.
  • Authority to escalate cross-functional coordination challenges to the G.M. of Digital Transformation when stakeholder alignment cannot be reached at the working level.
  • Accountable for operational KPIs of the eCommerce channel - revenue, conversion, average order value, chargeback rate, dispute win rate.
  • Coordinates with but does not have authority over business unit strategy, dealer network agreements, or brand positioning; escalates related questions to the appropriate function.

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience with payment processing operations, fraud prevention, and chargeback dispute management.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization environment.
