Full Job Description
The role operates at both strategic and executional levels: shaping long-term operational roadmap and investment priorities while remaining directly engaged in launch and escalation details. It serves as the operational link between customer-facing strategy and the technical execution that supports it, in a remote, cross-functional capacity.

The role centers on translating customer opportunities into executable integration plans - reviewing B2B connections such as punchout, EDI, and cXML, partnering with eBusiness Development Managers to define approach and timeline, and coordinating with IT and Digital Product on readiness criteria. This includes leading UAT and release readiness reviews alongside Sales Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to confirm workflows and controls are validated before launch, as well as refining SOPs and playbooks that standardize operations and engaging marketplace or procurement platform partners on performance expectations and governance.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Provide strategic and operational ownership of B2B and eProcurement integrations (e.g., punchout, EDI, cXML), defining standards, onboarding models, and success criteria while partnering with IT, digital product, commercial operations, and customers.
  • Lead relationships with third-party marketplaces and procurement platforms, setting performance expectations, governance models, and escalation paths aligned to enterprise commercial and customer experience objectives.
  • Own operational UAT strategy and release readiness for new eCommerce and B2B capabilities, ensuring workflows, integrations, controls, and downstream processes are validated prior to launch.
  • Define, document, and govern end-to-end B2B eCommerce operational processes, SOPs, and playbooks to enable scalability, consistency, auditability, and efficient cross-team execution.
  • Serve as a senior operational partner across eCommerce, IT, Digital Product, Finance, Order Management, and Customer Experience teams, influencing priorities, roadmaps, and investment decisions.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy development and execution (required).
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise B2B eCommerce operations, eProcurement ecosystems, and digital purchasing models.
  • Expertise with procurement integrations such as punchout catalogs, EDI, OCI, and cXML.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, vendor governance, and commercial operating models.
  • Knowledge of order management, pricing, invoicing, master data, and downstream fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, setting direction while remaining hands-on when needed.
