About the Role

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Account Manager to manage and grow key online retail accounts while driving sales performance and customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with internal merchandising, marketing, planning, and operations teams to execute eCommerce strategies, optimize product assortments, and maximize revenue across major online marketplaces and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with key eCommerce retail partners and online marketplaces.

Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, pricing, and promotional activities.

Analyze sales trends and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

Coordinate product launches, seasonal assortments, and digital merchandising initiatives.

Work cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, operations, and marketing teams.

Prepare account forecasts, sales reports, and business reviews.

Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.

3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce account management, sales, or digital merchandising.

Experience managing major online retail accounts (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com, Target, Kohl's, Macy's, Nordstrom, or similar).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the apparel, fashion, footwear, or consumer products industry.

Familiarity with retailer portals and eCommerce platforms.

Knowledge of digital merchandising, online marketing, and inventory planning.

Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as SAP, NetSuite, or Power BI.
