Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12+ years of Quality Assurance and software testing experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience testing TIBCO EBX or Enterprise MDM solutions.
• Experience testing enterprise data governance and data quality solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience leading QA activities for enterprise-scale MDM and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the QA strategy for EBX MDM projects.
• Lead test planning and execution processes.
• Ensure high standards of data quality and application performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align QA outcomes with business goals.
• Work closely with architects and developers to refine project specifications and requirements.
• Validate that EBX solutions meet business, regulatory, and technical requirements.
• Engage with data governance teams to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
