Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist estimating department with pre-bid planning and production input.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on scheduling and project maintenance.
• Develop detailed work plans for efficient crew utilization before project mobilization.
• Interpret and utilize drawings and specifications for project execution.
• Monitor production, resource use, and job costs to ensure profitability.
• Oversee project close-out activities, including final estimates and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and policies throughout project work.
