The Counter UAS Finance team within the LADS (Land and Air Defense) Mission Area has an immediate need for an Earned Value Manager (M3) to provide support and leadership to our LIDS program portfolio. The selected individual will lead the management of cost control, schedule, and EVMS compliance and execution for the LIDS programs. As the Earned Value Manager, you will be a key member of the Program Leadership Team providing earned value management guidance, ensuring compliance with the program instruction, internal EVM policy, and the 10255 for all the LIDS programs within CUAS. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining the monthly earned value cadence calendar, supporting Earned Value reporting, CDRL development and deliveries as well as providing earned value training and support across the portfolio.

You must be an excellent communicator with a strong desire to learn while being aggressively challenged. Competitive applicants must have the ability to think on their feet, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and interact with a various level of management, including Program Managers, Business Manager, and various Program Management office representatives to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating, and financial objectives. The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask.

This role will provide an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of earned value reporting execution, compliance, validation, and training on multiple contracts related to IPMR and IPMDAR requirements.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead team of 4 direct reports with daily tasking, spread across multiple contracts and deliverables
  • Management of earned value contracts, analysis of program performance, and assisting with initial baseline for new awards in compliance with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255
  • Review and Development of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
  • Interfacing/Partnering with Financial Leads, Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and Planning, ensuring compliance with financial policies and program cost and schedule deliverables
  • Develop, utilize and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team
  • Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or a directly related field & a minimum of 5 years of finance related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of finance related experience
  • Experience with data analysis and/or reporting
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management) contractual deliverable requirements
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
