WHAT WE'RE DOING
In this role, you'll be supporting the Next Generation Missile Defense (NGMD) program, a high-priority effort that will deliver new Aegis capability in an expeditionary configuration to protect the homeland. You will coordinate with program managers, customers, senior leaders and support teams to ensure successful execution of the NGMD program.
THE WORK
• This role will provide Earned Value management (EVM) support for the NGMD Aegis Development contract
• Lead monthly business rhythm for reporting of contract EVM
• Coordinate NGMD Control Account Managers (CAMs) and enforce CAM checklist for weekly/monthly activities.
o Review QBDs to ensure they are correct and generated according to reporting requirements
o Review VARs & EAC justifications to ensure CAM inputs are correctly populated with the proper analysis required behind explanations prior to Program VAR and EAC reviews
o Support monthly status reviews with leadership
• Ensure timeliness and completeness of all CAM inputs (status, VARs, and other data)
• Lead metric tracking and statusing
• Manage EAC activities including CEACs, and ensure CAMs are entering accurate estimates to complete (ETC)
• Supporting baselining activities including Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and baselining or re-baselining.
• Work with the PPM team to ensure PPM compliance, support EV compliance activities and contract reporting requirements
• Participate / lead internal and external weekly meetings with LM team and MDA customer
• Support across all NGMD programs to provide best practices and lessons learned
This role reports to the NGMD PM.

Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience as a member of Program management team or IPT lead
• Experience in Earned Value Management and a certified Control Account Manager (CAM)
• Experience with monthly program management business rhythm and required coordination with functional organizations for variance reporting, program status updates and CDRL deliverables.
• Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical data.
• Must be detail oriented, possess strong communication and leadership skills and be capable of seamlessly integrating into a cohesive team-oriented environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Desired skills
• Active Secret Clearance preferred
• Demonstrated experience as a member of Program management team/PMO
• Experience with Aegis BMD / Missile Defense Agency (MDA) customer
• Possesses highly effective writing skills and strong analytical capability
• Experience in the creation and use of spreadsheet tools, and the ability to develop PowerPoint presentation from program data
• Experience as a CAM across multiple contracts, programs, or control accounts
• Experience participating in EV compliance activities (i.e. audits, customer reviews)
• Prior experience supporting proposal or baseline modification efforts
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $93,200 - $164,450. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $107,300 - $185,840. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
