Responsibilities

• Build 0-1 product features rapidly based on customer feedback.
• Design and implement systems integrating LLMs and AI into core workflows.
• Orchestrate multi-step AI systems including agents and feedback loops.
• Take full ownership of features from concept through deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product vision and technical direction.
• Contribute to enhancing the engineering culture, tooling, and velocity.
• Mentor and support the development of the early engineering team.
