Position Overview:
  • Provide individualized instruction and specialized support to young learners with diverse developmental and educational needs.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and individualized education goals that support student growth and success.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and provide effective student support.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and social-emotional development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Valid Pennsylvania Teaching License/Certification in Special Education or Early Childhood Education (Required)
  • Experience supporting young learners with developmental, behavioral, or learning needs preferred
