Job Description Summary:Position Objective:
Ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for marketing email production. This role partners with internal teams and external agencies to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and ensure all email campaigns are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
The pay range for this position is expected to be $80,000 - $87,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Description:Job Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end email production process, including project kickoffs, scheduling, execution, reviews, approvals, and final delivery using project management tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency teams to develop and maintain timelines, milestones, and standardized workflows for all customer-facing email communications.
- Serve as a central point of contact for project status, communicating updates, changes, risks, and alternative solutions to key stakeholders.
- Ensure all processes align with email best practices and operational efficiency standards.
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation, identifying opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and innovation.
- Support additional projects and operational initiatives as needed.

Candidate Profile - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience; project management certification is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in email operations, marketing production, or a traffic/project management role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance attention to detail and strategic priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally (creative, marketing, development, and agency partners).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; highly proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond quickly to feedback and changing priorities.
- Strong aptitude for learning new tools and technologies and driving process improvements.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Figma; experience with project management tools preferred.
