The Role at a GlanceWe are excited to add an eLearning Training Consultant position focused on eLearning and curriculum design within the Group Protection Distribution & Client Solutions Team.
Background Details
On the Group Protection Distribution & Client Solutions Training Team, you will focus on the eLearn creation, blended learning curriculum development, project support, SharePoint and other enablement platform design and maintenance, and training metric analytics/return on investment for the Distribution & Client Solutions organization.
As an eLearning Training Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting, analyzing, and delivering on training assignments and projects impacting Distribution & Client Solutions ensuring organizational readiness on strategic initiatives and foundational skillset processes and concepts through applied practice. You will create resource documentation, learning objectives, synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities, gather feedback, and enhance curriculum and training approach with modern learning strategies. What you'll be doing- You will maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for adult learning, assess the impact, and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
- You will champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
- You will develop, implement and evaluate training plans and programs to meet departmental training objectives.
- You will develop training materials, procedures, manuals and/or visual aids to support synchronous and asynchronous learning for both virtual and in person sessions.
- You will develop and conduct training needs assessments and determine training requirements for new program development.
- You will proactively collaborate and communicates with internal stakeholders to address training gaps to support organizational performance.
- You will author and implement computer-based learning modules using appropriate system design and technology.
- You will collaborate with appropriate stakeholders how to maximize the utilization of learning management systems and enablement platforms.
- You will provide and analyze more complex metrics on assigned area(s) training program's effectiveness and usage.
What we're looking forMust-have experience (Required):
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
- 3-5+ years experience in training curriculum development and blended learning content builds including experience with eLearning software (i.e. Articulate 360/RISE, Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc.).
Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):
- Allego and/or sharepoint administration
- LMS administration
- Video editing and production
- Group Insurance background or product knowledge
- Learning project management
Application DeadlineThe pay range for this position is $72,900 - $131,600 with
anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
