AGP is seeking a highly skilled Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to lead and support electrical and instrumentation operations at our soy processing plant in Hastings, NE. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability of plant electrical and control systems, and driving continuous improvement through technology, training, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise, coach, and support technicians, overseeing daily work assignments and priorities.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, process control systems, and industrial electrical equipment.
- Lead and support the design, development, installation, and commissioning of new electrical and process control systems.
- Schedule and oversee inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance with accurate documentation.
- Coordinate electrical and instrumentation projects with plant management and outside contractors to minimize downtime.
- Develop, document, and deliver training programs for PLC, HMI, and electrical systems; train plant staff on controls and equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain electrical hardware and software systems.
- Partner with management on plant upgrades and capital projects, including cost estimation and equipment selection.
- Maintain accurate electrical prints, control system configurations, and system documentation (past, current, and future).
- Purchase electrical, instrumentation, hardware, and software components as needed to support production demands.
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and process instrumentation.
- Working knowledge of PLC programming and hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.
- Solid understanding of proper instrumentation installation, repair, and calibration procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Project management experience with the ability to plan, organize, and execute efficiently.
- Highly organized with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with management, vendors, consultants, and coworkers.

Education & Experience Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and PLC programming (or equivalent experience).
