Qualifications

• 3+ years managing large industrial instrument and electrical construction projects
• Demonstrated success in project management
• Valid Driver's License
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of project plans, specifications, and related documents
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate complex activities
• Self-motivated with effective team motivation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assume complete responsibility for project profitability and safety
• Review project proposals with the project team and Director of Operations
• Identify cost-effective methods for construction and resource use
• Approve subcontractor selections and manage invoicing processes
• Coordinate activities with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Promote and enforce safety standards across all operations
• Manage and guide project staff and their activities
• Provide accurate project cost reports and budget comparisons
• Establish strong relationships with owners, engineers, and suppliers
• Conduct project coordination meetings regularly
• Negotiate and manage change orders and their budget implications
• Ensure timely billing and accounts receivable management
• Oversee project completion schedules and material management
• Lead project staff meetings at regular intervals
• Manage the project closeout process
