Qualifications

• Proven management success in the Oil and Gas sector
• Familiarity with project documentation including plans and specifications
• Estimating experience is a bonus
• Ability to work under pressure while coordinating multiple activities
• Self-motivated leader with a knack for motivating teams
• Strong verbal, written, and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee project profitability, safety, and timeliness
• Review project proposals with the team and operations director
• Identify cost-effective construction methods and personnel use
• Approve subcontractor selections and invoices
• Coordinate activities among owners, subcontractors, and personnel
• Manage project staff and superintendents
• Establish safety as a top priority in project management
• Provide regular budget and cost updates to management
• Facilitate relationships with owners, engineers, and suppliers
• Conduct project coordination meetings regularly
• Negotiate and execute change orders with stakeholders
• Ensure timely billing and receivables for the project
• Lead project scheduling and material management
• Oversee project closeout process
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
