The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a E Discovery-IT Data Analyst to support the Data Lab and support high0impact investigations and litigation projects. Work closely with senior team members to develop, refine, enforce efficient project lifecycle processes. Contribute to complex analytics projects from data collection through final delivery of the data product. Serve as an analytical resource and occasional primary point0of0contact for attorneys and case teams. Gather diverse data types from multiple sources and channels while supporting and guiding other analysts as needed.


Responsibilities:
  • Collect, load, and validate data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Assist in developing data models, database structures, and analytics product designs.
  • Perform analysis to identify relationships, trends, classifications, and predictive insights.
  • Propose analytics solutions and approaches that address case team questions and objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with attorneys and case personnel regarding requirements and project status.
  • Deliver accurate, complete, and well0documented analytical solutions.
  • Maintain and improve streamlined project workflows and lifecycle processes.
  • Document methodologies, processes, and analytic findings.
  • Occasionally manage small analytics projects or segments of larger engagements.
  • Serve as a liaison between case teams and the Data Analytics Lab when needed.
  • Support other analysts and contribute to collaborative problem0solving across the team.
  • Lean into new challenges, tools, and methodologies with initiative and curiosity.
  • Ensure organization, accuracy, and attention to detail across all tasks.

Qualifications:
Required
  • Hands0on experience with one or more analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, i2 Analyst Notebook, i2 EIA, ESRI ArcGIS Pro).
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Programming or scripting experience (Python, R, Java).
  • Background in Law Enforcement, Data Science, Investigations, Data Analysis, Computer Information Systems, or Statistics.
  • Industry knowledge of analytics/business intelligence trends, challenges, and data quality frameworks.
  • Understanding of database concepts, ETL processes, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate within local or virtual teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem0solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting federal agencies.

Desired
  • Experience in litigation support or investigative analytics environments.
  • Familiarity with statistical software, visualization tools, or network/link analysis platforms.
  • Database management or advanced modeling experience.
  • Ability to independently research and adopt new tools or technologies.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
