Full Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing Microsoft Business Applications practice. This role is ideal for a developer with experience building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 who is looking to further develop their technical and consulting skills while working on enterprise client projects.

The successful candidate will work alongside Solution Architects, Senior Developers, Functional Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The role involves hands-on development, customization, integration support, troubleshooting, and participation throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within distributed Agile teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Development
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications including Sales, Customer Service, and related solutions.
  • Develop and support:
  • Plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET
  • Client-side scripting using JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Dataverse customizations, business rules, and security configurations
  • Power Automate cloud flows and integrations
  • Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions
  • Participate in solution deployments and environment management activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
  • Follow established coding standards, development practices, and solution architecture guidelines.


Power Pages Development
  • Develop and maintain Power Pages portals integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
  • Support:
  • Web templates and page configurations
  • Liquid templates
  • JavaScript customizations
  • Portal security and authentication configurations
  • Assist in improving portal performance, usability, and accessibility.

Azure Integration Support
  • Participate in integration development using:
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure Storage
  • REST APIs
  • Assist with troubleshooting and supporting integration solutions.
  • Follow established security and integration best practices.


Project Delivery & Collaboration
  • Participate in Agile delivery teams and sprint activities.
  • Attend backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-5 years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Microsoft Power Platform.

Salary & Benefits
  • The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 CAD, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
