Job Description
WarCollar has an opportunity for a Sr CNO Developer supporting a mission-focused contract. This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced developer with deep expertise in CNO development who can design, implement, and refine advanced cyber capabilities across multiple platforms. You will lead capability development efforts, collaborate with mission operators and system engineers, and contribute to the full lifecycle of cyber development.
The role requires a Top Secret (TS) level clearance.
This is on a funded contract, bidding on a specific Task Order.
Required Skills
The Sr CNO Developer will have a minimum of five (5+) years of experience in CNO development, including:
• Expertise writing code in Python, C, C++, or similar languages
• Experience performing Software Configuration Management
• In-depth experience developing, testing, and debugging software for Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of OS internals, low-level systems development, and API interactions
• Experience developing implants, payloads, or exploitation capabilities
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
