What You'll DoThe Senior Sales Manager is responsible for building relationships with clients, selling hotel services, and managing the booking process through the Delphi or CI system. Key responsibilities include:
• Understanding the market, including competitor strengths, economic trends, and supply/demand to inform sales strategies.
• Ensuring booked business aligns with hotel parameters and closing the best opportunities based on market conditions.
• Utilizing White Lodging marketing initiatives to secure business and meet sales targets.
• Developing forecasts to support efficient planning and inform pricing strategies.
• Collaborating with management and the sales team to identify and address revenue generation issues through strategic action plans.
• Providing sales leadership by inspiring and holding team members accountable to goals and strategies.
What You'll Bring • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Mastery of both reactive and proactive sales processes, and familiarity with complex business decisions and contract management.
• A 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent hotel experience.
• 3-5 years of hotel sales experience.
